The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth

This class is perfect for the families who want to learn it all! Most of this series is an open conversation between the instructor and the students. We talk about what YOU want to talk about plus all the basics. This 8 week series equips moms and their birth partners with the tools they need to have a healthy pregnancy and delivery. In this course, you can expect to learn about:

  • Proper nutrition to support mom and baby

  • pregnancy exercises

  • staying healthy and low risk

  • preparing your mind and body for labor

  • avoiding unnecessary interventions

  • relaxation and pain coping techniques

  • breastfeeding and newborn care

The series meets in small group format to allow individual attention from your instructor while having a tribe of other like minded moms along side you during your pregnancy.

Crash Course for Natural Childbirth

This is just as the name suggests: a crash course. I would not recommend this class for everyone, but this is perfect for those who are crunched for time and nearing the end of their pregnancy. We will cover:

  • stages of labor

  • birth plans and preferences

  • relaxation and pain management techniques

  • labor and pushing positions

  • breastfeeding, postpartum care, and newborn care

This is a 6 hour class which can be split into three 2 hour lessons. Almost always, this is a private class.
